What an honour to give an Introduction to Investing to elite athletes of Australia.

After Marrickville, Maroubra, Paddington & Pymble - Kensington was just right..good mix of investment potential, lifestyle and 'close to the city'. The town house had one bidder at $780,000, the shop and residence was an interesting auction that settled at $1.3 million while the spacious federation house was passed in.

Great start to WIC networking events. Good opportunity to informally network with financial services professionals. Great venue...! Networking event is held in the last week of the month.

The property near the park was great with a huge swimming pool. However, Ayumi said that you would need a car each time you wanted to get bread. We did learn to read floor plans and work out rental yields. The property near pymble station was passed in..Reading the contract does give you an insight on the reports to ask for before you buy the property.

Thanks to all the members who came along to the trip to Canberra. Meeting with the Hon. Kate Ellis was an excellent opportunity for us to share our agenda with the Minister. The tour of the Parliament, the lunch and the drive afterwards were all a great way to spend the day together. Special thanks to Joyce for sharing the driving.

I had a fantastic day. This parliament house trip was awesome, having met the minister for the status of women & her advisors. Great day with the founder & members of the women's investment club, very inspiring ladies. Thank you for a memorable experience.

It was truly a memorable day, meeting with the Hon Kate Ellis and her advisor and getting a better understanding of Hon Kate's portfolio. There is much to do to advance the status for women and Meena had a great vision to empower women. Great work Meena and thanks for including us! Very special to be able to take an "inside" tour of Parliament house, the Ministerial wing and the staff cafeteria.

Meena made a well-thought out, logical and passionate submission to the Minister and her advisors. I think history was in the making today. I was proud to be associated with the Club, enjoyed the tour of Parliament House, and loved the quality time with other members.

Omniwealth¹s ŒMastering Your Financial Mojo¹ complimentary event was organised by Push PR & Galvanized Entertainment, and brought together 50 women of all ages and incomes looking to make smarter money moves, to hear how to achieve long-term financial independence and security with a team of finance and property experts.

It turned out to be such an interesting meeting. Julie discussed the govt perspective on Wealth Policy, Tax Incentives for Women, Gender gap in Super accounts and Gen Y financial literacy. The Women's Investment Club truly inspired a worthwhile discussion with the Hon Julie Owens, federal MP.

Liz Gilbert in this movie is obviously going to need the women's investment club, because she obviously used the credit card for her trip plus she does not seem to have a retirement plan - except finding a man.

Great workshop. Really got everyone thinking and sharing their experience and ideas. A really valuable experience for me and I thank all for their input!
